Attention: AthletesAny athlete wanting to participate in Varsity, JV or C-Squad Athletics must have the following paperwork turned in to the Athletic Office BEFORE the first practice of the season:

- MSHSL Annual Health Questionnaire Form (part of MSHSL Eligibility packet)
-Middle School students looking to participate on the following Varsity teams must turn in a SIGNED blue form "Request for Middle School Athlete to Participate on Varsity" to the Athletic Office: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Track, Volleyball
-All Athletes must have an updated Physical Exam in the Health Center BEFORE practices begin.

Athletic Office HoursThe Office of Athletics is open Mon. - Fri. 7:30am - 4:00pm.
The office will be closed on the following dates of 2011-2012:
September 5: Labor Day
November 24-25: Thanksgiving
December 23-26: Christmas
December 30: New Year's Eve
January 16: Martin Luther King
February 20: President's Day
April 6: Good Friday
May 28: Memorial Day
July 4: Fourth of July
